Not at all! Whether you’re an experienced dancer or have never stepped into a dance class, this space is for you. We also offer different class types to help you get initiated into the “Latina” method.
Bring your sneakers and workout clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident! We love being extra here, BE YOU 💃
Please avoid jeans or regular clothes, as this is a full workout (thank us later!).
Latina is a women-centered space designed to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. At this time, classes are reserved for women and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
16 years and older, welcome!
A little bit of everything but MOSTLY REGGEATON (all of the songs you love!), some hip hop, R&B, and pop.
It depends on your style!
In our Latina Step by Step classes, you’ll learn choreographies in detail. These are offered once or twice a month.
In our Latina for Beginners classes, we break down 1–2 combos per song, and the rest is follow-along.
If you prefer to just dance and pick it up over time, our Power Moves classes are perfect for learning through repetition and energy.
Not necessarily! However, if you’d like more guidance on technique and choreography, we recommend starting with a Latina Step by Step or Latina for Beginners class.
The most important part is to start — the rest will flow ✨
Each class package has a set expiration date, and all classes must be used before that date.
Remember, building habits is all about discipline and showing up for yourself!
All cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours prior to the class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit. Don't miss your chance to dance.
